I concur. I first heard him play on a television broadcast of the Beethoven sonatas and got hooked immediately. I saw him in Brussels and Amsterdam this month, and was very happy to finally have him play close enough to my home to go and see the concerts live. I should probably recognize that I was lucky to have tickets too. I do not think there's any adjective that does justice to exactly what this man can do as a performer and a person, what he can bring out in people. I've yet to meet a performer who can impress as much a he does, and I do not expect it to happen anytime soon.
